“I prioritise what truly matters and say no to anything that doesn’t align with my values,” she says. “It’s about quality over quantity when it comes to how I spend my time.”

“Self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s essential for navigating life’s challenges,” she notes.

“When people feel overwhelmed, they tend to isolate themselves. Having a tribe to lean on is crucial for overcoming tough times and staying connected,” she explains.
